As a result, whatever is troubling you looses some of its paralysing grip on you. At that point you’re ready for the next step in your escape plan to happiness and freedom.
Part 2: Seeing Solutions
The way out, that’s what you want to know, isn’t it?
During a Get Unstuck session several solutions will present themselves.
And the good thing is they’ll be manageable and workable solutions. The kind you can actually cope with. Not some grand master plan that frightens the living daylights out of you, simply because of its large scale.
Solutions on a human level, that’s what they are. Feasible and practical for the situation that you’re in at the moment.
Again, they may (or they may not) seem like small steps. But once you start making these changes, you will set in motion a whole series of positive and transforming events. Step by step they will lead you to the outcome you need.
The speed and the ease with which this happens, depends on how you feel along the way. That’s the third part of getting unstuck.
Part 3: Making it happen
We underestimate the power of our thoughts and our feelings. We think it’s just something that goes on in our head and our body, without any effect or consequence in the real world. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Your thoughts and your feelings make all the difference.
They put a filter on your perception. Like a pair of coloured glasses through which you see the world.
If your dominant thoughts are negative, everywhere you look you’ll see gloomy dark clouds. And they’ll only confirm your fears, your worries and your insecurities.
However, if you succeed in fostering more positive feelings, like joy and gratitude, you’ll open up your mind to a brave new world of possibilities. In a way, it might feel as if you’re attracting happiness to you.
So during a Get Unstuck session we’ll also work on the energetic quality of your thoughts and feelings. You’ll learn how to generate and transmit those so-called good vibrations to magnetise yourself for the good things in life.
